Xmas comes early this year!

As my good friend has offered to bring xmas pressies to my friends in adelaide, leaving singapore today, I had to start xmas early this year. Have a feeling a bit too early... I have been running around trying to get xmas cards, as I have no time to make them. Then when I heard that Marks and Spencer had some few out, I litterally desperately ran into M&S at Paragon on Wednesday. In my desperation I did see something behind the chek out. And the coversation goes...

M: Sorry, but is that wapping paper in that box over there? (my voice with growing relief and itnerest here.)
Check out dude (C): It is a box mam...
M. Yes, but it is wrapping paper for xmas next to that box?
C: Yes, we just received them 15minutes ago.
M: (FEELING extremly reliefed as I was imagining sending xmas presents in newspaper this year, it is very hard to get wrapping paper here on a good day...) Can I please have a rool?
C:I am sorry mam, but we are not selling them yet.
M: Looking stunned at C.
C: It is for sale next week, but you have 2 months to xmas.
M. Yes, but I have to send something. Can I please bye a roll?
C: No I am sorry mam.
M (thinking if that man says MAM one more time) I said, oh okay. But I really want to send my presents tomorrow. I have to beorganised this year (Smiling very nicely at guy)Is there any other wrapping papers you have that I can use?
C: Let me check with my manager mam.
(M (letting MAM pass while contemplating starting to act like a desperate hungry hunting animal...).
C comes back with Manger: Manager after lsitening to my story says to me, xmas starts earlier every year. Is one roll enough? I said yes...but didnt look at the celection. It was one 2m and one 4m for same price, so i said 4m. I ended up with hold on, xmas paper 4m for 13dollars. White with pink fairys on! ! ! So if anyone wonder, if you wanted nespaper instead, too bad! hahahaha But I cannot believe the price. OR the fact that I was in a store begging them to sell me their product... and such a common product!!
